As someone who comes from a family of artistic people, and as an amateur photographer myself, I understand that copyright infringement is a serious legal subject and would like to go over a few things.

• Any photos that I post on this Tumblr DO NOT belong to me unless stated otherwise.
• Most of the photos I post myself are from Flickr, which provide a source & click-through link to the photographer and/or artist of said image.
• Any photo that is posted from weheartit/thrilld will have a click-through link to where I found the image, and a source link to my Tumblr.
• Any image that is posted straight from my computer that was saved on an earlier date will not have a click-through nor a source link.

• The reason for adding my tumblr URL to the source is so that if someone see’s that their photo was posted with a weheart/thrilld click-through link and would like to ask the original poster (IE: Myself) to change it to whatever they request. This makes it easier for someone to come straight to me and say “Hey buddy, that’s my photo! Please change the link to (_______)!”
• If there is no click-through or source, It’s because I do not own the photograph. This is not mine and I do not claim any sort of ownership to it. When you add a source link, Tumblr automatically adds your URL to the click-through, even if you delete it before you post it. However, you can still come in contact with me because anyone who reblogs it, in the notes you will be able to see who posted it.

I am more than happy to give anyone credit who did not rightfully receive it. I do not want to upset anyone, nor do I want any trouble! So please, if you see your image on my page and the credit is incorrect or non-existent, PLEASE LET ME KNOW! I want to be able to change it and give you the recognition you deserve. If you want your image removed, do not hesitate to ask. It will be removed as soon as I view your message.

• If the photo is NOT yours and you DO NOT know who it belongs to, your message via my ask will be ignored. Please do not waste my time, as it is not appreciated.
